Farmers Livestock Exchange, Bismarck
The last tour stop on Friday was the Farmers Livestock Exchange, Bismark. Eleven Angus breeders had cattle on display.

Eleven Angus herds will have cattle on display at the Farmers Livestock Exchange. The market has sponsored several Angus feeder-calf sales and has been used for production sales.
You’ll see a collection of cattle from area Angus herds on display at this facility, which was originally built and opened in 1956, but burned in 2001. Manager Arlon Voge rebuilt the market and opened it again in 2002.

Today at the “brand new, state-of-the-art auction market in the upper Midwest,” Voge continues to sell all classes of livestock. The market has sponsored several Angus feeder-calf sales and has been used for production sales, as well as sales sponsored by the North Dakota Angus Association.
